Nippon Music Champ is a two hour Japanese music radio program that airs every Sunday from 6pm to 8pm on WRAS Atlanta 88.5 FM. WRAS is the student run radio station of Georgia State University and at 100, 000 watts is the most powerful college radio station in the United States.

Japan has the world's second largest music market and a rich popular music history. Since its first broadcast on June 2nd, 2002, Nippon Music Champ has exposed listeners to the variety of music present in the contemporary Japanese music scene, with an emphasis on independent and underground artists. Also highlighted are musical movements of the past including early Jazz, Group Sounds (60s Rock'n'Roll), Punk and New Wave of the 1980s, and Shibuya-kei. Heavily requested artists include Bleach 03, Cornelius, detroit7, The Emeralds, GO!GO!7188, Guitar Wolf, Omodaka, and Tsu Shi Ma Mi Re.

Nippon Music Champ is hosted by b-chan and her DJ name is a nickname her from high school days.
